1 lb. Fish salmon or tilapia
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup corn startch
Dash of salt
SALADMATE HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
Cube or slice fish. Marinate in honey mustard for about a half hour. Mix rest of the ingredients and coat fish well. Place in a pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkle oil and spray oil, bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
