Ingredients:


1 pack wraps 

SALADMATES spicy mayo

BBQ sauce

5 pc 1/4" slices pastrami 

1 large onion sliced 

1 lb. Deli Cole slaw drained

1/2 cup corn flake crumbs 

1/2 cup bread crumbs 

Salt

2 eggs beaten 

Oil for frying

  Directions:
Spread about 1 tbs spicy mayo & 1 tbs bbq sauce on half of each wrap. Cut each slice of pastrami in a few pieces layer on dressing then add some onion and cole slaw. Fold like a blintz turning in the side that has all ing. Then folding in the 2 sides and rolling it up. Mix crumbs and salt. Heat oil. Dip folded wrap in beaten eggs then in crumbs, fry on both sides 1-2 minutes  til lightly browned.
